Not much has changed, honestly. Oceania Allura features different interior décor and introduces two new dining venues - a gelateria and a crêperie. It also runs on cleaner-burning fuel. Other than that, the main difference is a stronger focus on Caribbean itineraries compared to Oceania Vista.
