Beaches Negril is an all-inclusive family resort located on Jamaica's famous Seven Mile Beach, considered one of the best ones in the world. Don't trust me? Sandals staff members remove rocks and seaweed daily, maintaining the beach in top tier condition through the whole year. While it's not a private beach, the Seven Mile Beach definitely deserves your attention, and it's so large that there is a good chance you will find a good spot without vendors coming to give you a high five. One thing to keep in mind, though: you may find jellyfish depending on the time of the year, so it’s important to pack some anti-jellyfish lotion to keep it safe.

Beaches Negril was recently renovated in 2023 with new buildings, townhouses, and butler suites, making everything look fresh and modern. The resort now features 11 restaurants, and Negril often has some of best food among all Beaches properties. There are lots of unique options that include restaurants serving Mexican and Peruvian cuisine, plus Japanese, seafood, French and more. Let's just say that there is something for every taste.

The resort is extremely kid-friendly with a Pirates Island Waterpark, Sesame Street characters walking around, a Kids Camp, the Xbox Lounge, an arcade and several water activities including scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Everything is included in your package, even tips. You can even come here and enjoy the Seven Mile Beach with the love of your life, while your children are safely roleplaying as pirates at the local Kids Camp.

Getting to Beaches Negril involves flying into Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport (MBJ) and the flight should take about 2 hours from Miami. Free transportation to the resort takes approximately 90 minutes and can be bumpy, so consider taking motion sickness medication. One nice touch is that Butler Elite guests receive private SUV transfers, making the entire trip better.
