We retain Google user data only as long as your Famvia account is active or as required by law. If you delete your Famvia account or request deletion of your data, we will remove the Google user data we have stored, subject to the same retention exceptions described in Section 6. We do not control how Google collects, uses, or shares your information on their end. We recommend you review Google's privacy policy at https://privacy.google.com for details on their practices.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of your account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because it has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
